I have a gaff roughly the same design as S&A, If it can land a 70lb tuna from forty foot I'm sure a 20lber from the North Row wouldnt be a problem

being looking at the design , just wondering how you would get it passed the lead,if you were using a pulley rig and the grips were,nt released.

I filled the body part of mine with lead, so its no problem in breaking out the wires. Put it this way I'd rather have the option of using it than not have it with me. 9 times of 10 hand balling a decent fish just ends up in disappointment.
