Saturday saw a window in the weather for us to get to sea. I decided on uptiding as we're getting quite a few from the shore at the minute.
We managed fish from the off, getting fish everywhere we stopped.
all the fish were between 2lb and 6lb in weight, we managed around 40 cod for the day.
cart was the preferred bait, squid and worm a close second.
The best rod took over a dozen fish, taking home around 20lb in fillets.
The lads left happy with what they caught, it was a good day at sea with plenty of crack.
