alreet lads, i just thought i'd let you know about a site ive just used to order a knife set.
ive used veals and glasgow angling centre many times but this time they didn't have what i was after so i tried another company. i wasn't sure at first as i hadn't heard of them but i went for it. i ordered the knife set on monday night and it arrived wednesday :) i got regular emails informing me of my parcel's progress. all in all it was excellent service so i'd recommend them to anyone.

here's the site

and here's what i ordered

Anglers Choice portafillet kit for the sea and coarse angler

good service

seems a canny site:) and a canny set of knives:exclam: afraid they would be no good to me,as despite fishing, and occasionally catching i cant/dont fillet.:(this can be a bit embarrasing for someone who crews on a charter boat but i am canny with the gutting knife:D fortunately the apprentice crewman (sconner) who is sometimes out with me,is an excellent filleter:D i suppose that along with his teamaking and deck swabbing skills just about makes it worth having him around :D:D

ive been filleting for a few years now and i'm getting better all the time, i learnt myself. ive even started to skin the fish recently and ive took to that like a duck to water. try it mate, its hard at first but once you've done a few times it gets easier
