greys 6 and 7 reel problems

anyone got any updates on the problems with the greys 6 and 7 reels?
Got myself the 6 about 3 months ago and am worried about using it.

No probs with my 7. Just leave brakes on, and full mags. Nice smooth cast.....no problem.

You've got to use it at some stage or the cobwebs round it will just get thicker and if there is a problem the warranty might have expired! Just make sure you've got a back up reel.

will have it out over the weekend.Just a few weeks ago there was a thread on here saying they were having problems with these reels so didn`t know if was operator error or manufacturing defects.Thanks for the replies
