Groundbait

Anyone use it? (and I don't mean the rocky boat, sea induced groundbait )

I've seen those nice (expensive looking) stainless steel bait dropper gubbins in Sea Angler...

I always use it when targeting tope on this coast and on the west coast. But I use carrot sacks tied to the anchor...not expensive things bought at shops.

We used one today at sunderland and it was gone when the anchor was retrieved.
