Fished the Hall two days running and blanked both days. Today I was there from 3:45pm till 9:15pm and not a single bite. It used to be a good place to get a few codling but has been poor lately. Probably just me though.
Which end were you fishing mate? I went north end of the prom on the ebb both Thursday and Friday nights after blanking at Roker and then Amble. It was a whiting a cast on fresh blacks and yellows. Good size Thursday, smaller Friday. Not a sniff of a codling like.
