just had a couple of hours on hartlepool beach fished low water conditions were perfect good deep hole holding out ok but no fish not even a whiting bait coming back untouched using rag. lug. bluey. wind seemed to be strengthening all the time going to have another go tonight if conditions don't get to bad
i fish on the other side of the steetly to you so thanks for the report mate..good luck tonight if you get out

Unlucky mate, I normaly fish between the s**t pipe and the pier, always

didn't bother tonight that sea is lifting all the time a lot of white water there now just have to wait till this wind changes direction might bump into you lads on the beach when I try down near steetly pier.
and the clay hole as fished very poor this year for codling you can count on one hand the fish over 1 1/2lb this year

with these bib tides the best shot of them rocks I think is the 20 ft had some good sessions of their in the past you don't get long though has the tide can cut you off not the place to be in the dark on your own ? if you need to know where it is or fancy a few casts just let me know and i'll be happy to show you :thumbup:
