Bit of a wild night. Nearly turned round to go home when I saw the state of the sea. People fishing on the pier too beyond the gates. Daft imo.
1st cast a small codling. Went back in.
Hour later a single codling of around 2lb.
Used bluey as bait on a pennel rig.
Had a bag of chips on the way there. Sort of makes it a meal don't it?
Lots of lights all along the twin steps area and people moving along from the lighthouse pier reporting nothing but a small whitie.
