Well it finally happened.....i caught my first codling for what seems like ages

Fished all over Hartley with Fishfinder last night looking for fish and after 2 rockling we moved to yet another skeer, i baited up chucked in and as i was baiting up a spare rig Paul shouted over that i had a bite. Took my time to make sure it was on (i had to get it in) and wound in in auto pilot coming right over the top of Paul and pulling his gear in with me but there it was at my feet a nice fresh run 2LB codling (well just under but i'm calling it 2LB)

Bites kept coming for me and i missed a very god bite not long after but i didn't really care as i had finally broke my long codling blanking run.

I finished with 2 rockling and 1 CODLING.

Paul the same but his was a bit smaller.
