Has the sea picked up a bit?

Looking at the webcams the sea seems to have picked up a bit, was considering giving it a go off Lyneburn. Can any of you lucky people at the coast confirm what the sea looks like. Cheers.

I was down at Blyth today at 8am.
the sea is picking up,3/4 rollers at Blyth but much rougher as you look towards The Sluice.
Wave height at best about 18 inches at Blyth,lots of spray from the wave tops at the Sluice.

I put some annual leave in today. One little problem said i,d take my young un and his mate to the baths.
Next time out for me is Wednesday. I,m visiting some family down Hartlepool having some dinner then i,ll be fishing from 2pm ish onwards. Same location-different parking area- down at Hartlepool.
Sorry i could,nt have a look out today beachlover and insano. Would have gone if i had not promised the lad.
Never fished Lynburn before so this would have been very interesting.

Am looking out of me window at the Hall Beach at Seaham..Canny rollers coming in directly onto the beach...Pouring with rain and windy, so its either take the littlen to St James for the Mags match or a spot ov housework...........Pass the hoover youngen

Chemical beach at Seaham was well worth a shot today, my turn to babysit though!
