hawthorne area 15/02/09

Mick and myself fished the hawthorne area,from 10.30am until 5.30pm.We had quite a few bites but couldn't connect with the fish , total for the day was one nice whitey and a small tommy codling, better than a blank and conditions were very comfortable, quite enjoyed the day--Karl

Seems to be a common theme with the bites, had some solid thumps the last couple of times I've been out and missed each time, yet the little whitey rattles usually connected no bother.
