Hello Lads,
I had a run down the coast this morning an I had a look at the new gates on Roker Pier....nice job they are too.
Anyway there is a notice up saying that the pier will be closed tomorrow from 08:30 untill 17:00 hours as they are removing the old gates, just thought I would let you know in case anyone was planning a look down tomorrow.
I enjoyed the run out today, I have been recovering from an operation and this was the furthest I've been for a few weeks.....I've been going stir crazy to be honest and sick to death of sitting in the house. I'm going to have a look out fishing later in the week so I'm looking forward to that.
