fished the grassy bank on the flood today, not many bites but managed 3 cod best just under 4lb. also missed a slack liner which gave me about 20yds of slack line when i caught up with it was snagged up, could still feel the fish kicking but ended up snapping off, must have been a decent fish to give so much slack line in the very strong tide pull !
out again tonight, maybe seaham pier not sure yet maybe somewhere else.
