fished the tyne the day for a few hours, from 10.30 to 13.30, was a fish a cast just about (missed a couple of bites) all undersized codling about 20 - 25cm mark, biggest about 30cm, kept hoping for something bigger but wasn't to be, still a canny little session though and nice to be catching something, should bode well for any lads fishing the moonfleet river tyne open this weekend. bait used lug, frozen blacks and frozen crab. cheers lads.

aye, hopefully mate, and it was a canny little session just a shame their was nowt bigger, suppose it makes a change from blanking though, reminded me what its like to catch a fish! lol! cheers mick.
