Hebburn today

Had a cheeky couple of hours over high water at Hebburn Marina today to use up some left over bait. I fished the second car park with short lobs just past the boats. A fish a cast up to high water with Flounders and small Whiting and Codling, then it slowed down after the top of the tide. Baits used were rag, lug and Mackerel. Didn't matter what size hook or bait, the small stuff grabbed them anyway.
Hoping to be as busy at that at the pier tonight, with some bigger fish with a bit of luck.

Good gannin mark. I fished walkway. Was all small stuff. Managed just under 2lb. Might see u on pier tomorrow mate.

Nowt on the pier tonight for me or Mark. Saw a good codling pulled in as we got there, looked around the 5lb mark, a few whiting and that was it.
A few whiskies and a couple of tinnies for me now.
