Just thought i'd say a quick hello to everyone.
Right am new to this boating game but have been fishing on and off for years(shore).
I,v posted a few pics of my pepple coble on the Boat owners identify your craft! thread see what you's think.
Right my queary is what boat club to join? incuding whats benifits you get, facilities and prices etc from different ones.
I live in ashington and have storage so thats not a problem its mainly for launchin my boat and abit crack with other boat owners for some useful hints and tips.
I'v been thinking about creswell its ideally located from where i live and a few minutes out and your on the skere's, but the thing is anyone that wants to come out on my boat also needs to be a member, does anyone know why this is?

Cheers Steve

Cheers Paul that sounds canny and you cant grumble at that price.
I'd be temped to join that aswell as creswell for a change.
Where abouts is that one? is it the one as you pass i think its the marsdon rock and you take a left as if you were going to the car park and its on your left down the bank?
thats the only one i can think of round there

Cheers Steve

Launching from Cullercoats costs £12 for a day pass or £44 for a season. Take a copy of your insurance to the lifeguard office when you pay, it is next to the RNLI entrance by the north pier. Launch access is through a locked gate so you either need to ask the lifeguards to open the gate for you and get back before they lock-up at about 16:45 or pay for the year and you get a key for the gate.
