Help, medics etc.

I am trying to get hold of a book, it's title is, Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh Faculty of Pre-hospital Care Manual of Core Material: Level 1 and Level 2, bit of a long shot but if anyone has or knows where I can get one it would be appreciated, it's for the first responder in emergency care course. I have tried eBay, Amazon, WH smith with no luck,.
