Help needed for tommorow night

Evening all heading out tommorow for a few hours and wondering if anyone can put me onto a tommy or 2.sick of heading out and being disappointed night after night last season was a nightmare with a handful of sized fish upto 6lb over about 15 sessions.really want to hit the ground running this year with a fish or 2. So where is guna fish lads head north or south? High tide is quarter to midnight and I'm wana get the line wet by 9pm and fish through to about 2 or 3am depending on what's happening winds SE IDE really appreciate some suggestions lads give me some food for thought. Thanks for reading
 
The forecast is for southerlies tomorrow I think but there was still a good sea running this morning at Whitley. If it's still big and you're fishing over top water, the Brigade Hut at Shields and the Walkway should be a decent bet. I dunno if you can still get on but to be honest, I've had some cracking sessions at the Rat House in big Northelies/Easterlies too.
Whitley Prom will fish on top of the tide if its still big but there's been loads of weed around Whitley this week, had fish from North Skeer earlier on but it's bottom water you want mainly on Whitley beach and Tynemouth.
If it's dropped off a fair bit, I imagine most of the beaches will fish well North of the Tyne but again they generally fish at low tide.
The comp results suggest Newbiggin beach has fished well this week and I believe thats decent over top.
Behind the Astley Arms on Blyth beach might be canny too and that fishes over top allegedly but I've never done well there.
To be honest, if it was me and looking at the forecast and the fact your fishing over top, I'd probably fish Shileds around the 44 if its not huge or Whitley Prom if it is. Best of luck.
 
Thanks very much for the advice mate I'm thinking of fishing around seaton deleval way might try the crag at Charlie's gardens but if it's raining don't really fancy that lol was also contemplating bottom of steep stairs down from doggers carpark next to caravan sight but not sure either deciding where to go is the difficult thing about fishing lol

Had plenty fish from Collywell this year mate but again, off Hall Skeer around bottom.
 
Collywell is the north of the bay isn't it? How do u access that side? Back of the pub? I usually fish the south of the bay off the top of the cliff and it's due to rain tonight so be slippy has the other side got flat rock like the south? Never actually fished the north. must of fished the south over 30 times lol
 
be careful if you venture onto the crag its got a MASSIVE crack in it and is ready to go into the sea . my opinion.
