Had a rakata and they are not that stiff. Infact I use an m4 evo now and I think its more powerful imo. I've used some pokers in my time as well eg rapotrs, wr 300's, vectra and komp gp (old rods) as well as more recent rods eg afaw tourny field in all sizes and zzippy m427 standard, hi flex, su, hst evo etc. The m4 evo is the nicest rod I have used and I think its the best all rounder for the north east coast. Plenty of feel and bags of power, chuck 200g with no problems at all and pulls fish through the roughest ground with ease. Brilliant rod.

well had me leeda icon out today awesome rod had a few small fish on but nowt big but when i was coming off the pier bumped into a few lads pendulum casting there must of been over £5000 worth of rods thier mainly zippy,s anyway gave my rod to mark 0191 and he put it through its paces right up to 210grms unbelievable how far this lad can cast out of site and into a strong cross wind some boy he loved the rod could,nt believe what it could do and said it was the best rod thier also acouple of his pals had ago and they also hit great distances brilliant to watch thanks mark if you read this mate james got his rod minter for £80
