hendon last night session

took mick cave down for hes first hendon session ,and what a great night he had, out the2 of us he was the man with the fish ,second cast resulted in a nice cod of around 4.5lb -5lb ,and also later one further up from the mark he took a 2.5lb codling ,still at this time i was blanking ,and making ecxuses (lol),then mick struck into something heavy took it onto first ledge pulled it to top of next ledge it happened ,it came of lying there ,wave took it back ,at least 10lb+ it was ,so what a sickner for mick ,he had 1.5lber after that and a 1lb that one went back. even though i blanked which is unusual ,happy to see mick has started his cod run,till next time boys ,ill be back.

Nice one lads my ugly and older brother is down there tonight on a beach which we cannot broadcast, first cast six pounder cant be bad.

I gave up fishing after last winter because of the amount of time I blanked in what I considered perfect conditions, wish I'd never read all of this cos I think I'm going to have to get out again.

Looks like it has been an amazing weekend up and down the coast... shame about me working night shift, I would have loved to have been amongst it. No doubt next weekend it will be flat as a fart and not a fish in sight - just my luck!!!
