It can sometimes fish better around low water if the conditions are right.
A medium S Easterly sea is perfect and its allways better in the dark.Medium sized tides are best.
Anywhere from in front of the bandstand to the last groin at the south end.
Its helps if you can put a bait a long way,but sometimes the fish can be in short.Look out for any gullies showing and fish into them.
