Heugh 23/1/14

Fished the Heugh last night from 2hrs up until 1hr down.. Was slow start as first couple hours nothing. Then had 3 bites in a row which all missed the hook! One was a good take and alot of slack line, was getting bit frustrated then at high water got two in two casts, biggest was just under 3lb.. As tide ebbed nothing so packed up.. The fish were stuffed full of lugworm, used cocktails of bluey, lug and crab..

spot on mate lovely fish, i fished the pilot over high water few others down and we didn't even have a sniff

Canny result there m8. Was on till 5pm from 10am. Steve Walker had couple to about 2 1/2lb i had one 3lb 5oz and young lad next to me got a nice one 7lb14oz then lost a similar one to a snag. Plenty Tings mind.
