Hi Dudes

Had A Cracking Night Tonight 25 Minutes Of Bliss Catching Five Codling 2 And A Half Pounds Average All Caught On Lug. Also Lost First Fish On Rag But Hey Whos Complaining Brill Night Best Ive Had Doon Their Even Had A Police Officer Checking Me Car Was Alright What A Night Get Ya Sells Doon There Man There Was Only 2 Others Fishing.

Hi Guys
Yeah In That Half Hour Was Brill Couldnt Get The Bait In Quick Enough And I Was Double Patting Had To Get Another Rig Out Ready Baited. I Would Say I Was Casting 80 - 100 Yards With About Four To Five Medium Size Lug. Took Some Photos On Me Phone Transfered Them To Me Pc Tried To Upload But To Big Ive Pm D Jim (williwetegg) For Help

Nice one John, Me and my mate were fishing just across the river at the angel and never had a touch, it just shows how localised the fish are at the moment. well done and a good report. :)

High Shore Is Near The Marina North Side Of The Tyne North Sheilds Right Next To Smiths Docks, Its Off Dock Road. If You Follow Dock Road Down To The Marina Where They Store The Boats There Is A Walk/prom On The Left. I Normally Fish Just Next To The Wall Where Smiths Docks Is. Hope This Helps

Is this the area that ir at the right hand side of the lock gates as you drive into the Mariner by sea?

I never fish the north bank but still liek to know the marks incase i ever end up stuck and aroudn that way.cheers
 
yes it is you can park down the bottom of the bank by the entrance to the marina, half way up the bank is two black metal bollards look right as if you were coming up the bank and you will see a path that leads down to the railings on the walkway. just hop over the crash barrier and your there

its cracking spot mate i fished this tonight with my bro and mate loads of bites and i got 2 whiting one about 1 1/2 lb and another about 1/2 pound and a couple of crabs lol but i will be fishing this spot in come late winter
 
mate trust me if it wasnt a pound and a half it wasnt far off its the biggest whiting ive ever seen my mate has a photo on his phone ill get him to put it on the comp
