is there any decent high tide marks from whitley to shields worth a shot today

Try the pumphouse at the south side of Cullercoats harbour, it is a high water mark, there is also the Oxfauld gulley on the south side of King Edwards Bay. Your fishing from the prom and you can also fish onto King Edwards bay along the edge of the rocks. The rex prom is also a canny shot at high water too.

You could also try the bottom of the steps on Tynemouth beach and fish the tide down there.

The sea is pretty flat this morning when i was out.
But if there has been a good stir over the last few days,i ain't been out then Blyth beach either side of the pipe is worth a shot
