was out again tonight 9-12 beach was busy as blkhall n horden had matches on. conditions were were calm with the odd swell . after last nights shenanigans i decided to look in the freezer for some squid and along the way found some frozen herring fillets which i bought in may . basicallly set up roughly the same spot as last night had a chuck on aagain the 3 way swivel rig first bait was herring n squid wrap resulting in a canny whiting , caught close in. secong cast close in on plain herring failed to produce and basically no squid no fish tonight. thhe bigger whiteys came close in the ones cast further produced a few small whiting round the pound mark. released five in total kept one for the pan . not bad for a few hours out .
