fished again today (hooray no rain ) fished from 6 to nine. not much happeneing hard to see bites due to wind. baits was a combo of makki squid and frozen lug not salted. not much of a result really a funny night for me . no one else fished the beach . lforgot to bring a my lighter and even harder to spot bites when u dropped ur tip light down on the beach from the shelf. did not want to climb down for the sake of a tip light so good on someone who find it . saw a canny knock and decided to strike and immediately felt a fish on the other it kept going light then heavy a couple of timeslanded what i thought was a cod but it wasnt it was a coalie which was just over one and half pound. beats blanking and crap tv i guess.
