Horden Blank

[Beach Boy]

Fished the tide down tonight couple hours at Horden. Used two rigs ,flattie rig and long flowing trace baited with mackrel squid and prawn cocktail. Never expected anything and thats what I got .
Hope to get some fresh worm for the weekend if the weather breaks again. Was good to be out in the fresh air.

Prawn Cocktail? I thought everyone knew it was Salt and Vinegar with fish

As Tony says seems bitty down there at the mo, fished weekend before last over HT for a baby Plaice, a Whiting and an undersized codling; had the beach to myself which says a lot...

I'll be down again soon though, still trying in vain for that Thornback Ray.

quiet last night beachboy? lol....the fishing was but the beach wasnt ...pesky teens screaming throwing rocks. smashing bottles where ya cast and at you too....lil bas3rds ....aye it has been rather poor down horden tho .
