went down horden today when i finished work about 2 .30 theere were quite a few down already fishing those who know horden beach everyone was fishing from on top of the ledge first chuck put rod in my tripod started baiting up another rig ready when my rod started bouncing and my line went slack wound in a nice codling dead on 2 and a half pound fresh run stayed down till 5.45 not another bite loads of weed floating about was hard keeping a line set and there were some scary waves crashing over the ledge and it was getting a bit hairy so called it a day will be back down tommorrow same time oh fish was on frozen blacks a frozen peeler and razor

nice one, i fished the bottom of the dene this morns high, no one else there, your right bout those waves, bloody rough, 6 oz and big single bait mainly stayed put, bites you would not know if you got one the way the tip was bouncing around, however the total score - bugger all, least it didnt pee down or freeze lol

Living in Consett i cannot see the sea on a daily basis like when i lived in Hartlepool.
For some reason i thought the sea was flat as a pancake.

hi fished white a few times of late ideal conditions nothing to show not fishing yet i dont think bell hole area is but how do you get down there except for lg walk. fished hendon prom yest morn about three hrs half tide up till high nice bit swell on fished two rods i small knock to show
