How many ways to eat cod?

Got a load of Cod and Ling to eat up...what are peoples fave way of eating these fish?

My fish pie was nice - but it wasn't the best way to fully appreciate the fish flavour

did mine last night in a foil parcel with chopped fennel, onions, capers, seasoning and a splash of dry vermouth. Cooked slowly on the edge of the barbie so it steams itself. everyone at the bbq could not believe how different fresh fish tastes compared to bought fish. 4 hours from rod to plate not bad at all.
