How to trailer your boat!

Not as unusual as it looks.
I have been involved in a very similar way of launching and retrieving boats without a winch.
If the boat fits well onto the trailer and if you use Teflon glides, it works a treat.
We also launch the boats (at 22 and 27ft not small boats) by losening all attachments and then steadily reverse until the boat touches water and then slam the breaks...the boat glides in
You need good team work for that and experience.
