Fished a place called PAULL on Moday night - The wind was savage & really uncomfortable, nevertheless stuck at it for over 5 hours with about 16 other local lads dotted along the foreshore area. Reports of a 14lber & 9lber being caught in the area the day before had them all out. Didn't see much caught and most were packing up just before I left. Got myself a size whiting & an old fella next to me landed one the same size with his last chuck of the night. Best part of the night was having a bit craic with a fella (A Geordie living down there at Easington for ths last 12 years) - Cut a long story short he gave me his contact details so when I go back down we will meet up and he is going to show me all the local shots in his area, Happy days, result. Oh I, and at least i didn't el blanko. result

once you have sussed out a few more marks with your contact down that way let us know how you get on mate. cheers Dave.

Aye - There seems to be some canny shots all along the estuary, nee doubt will be giving them a bash as and when. Looked at a couple of spots the night I fshed and plumped for the Paull area, after looking at Hessle and St andrews Quay. Pleased I did in the end or would not have met the fella from Newcastle.
