I guess they'll probably get to host the next available World Cup comp,if this happened in England or involved English fans we would be kicked out of European Football for years plus other sanctions, strange though there is more football related violence on the Continent and South America than there has ever been in England or related to English fans,i guess our Country is not quite as corrupt as others
be interesting to see the outcome..........

Your not wrong Al - if this had been England or even just English fans anywhere there would have been an all out attack from every Country in Europe to get us hoyed out of all football related things - it has been going on for years in Italy ,but for one reason or another ,never makes headlines ,unless something like the above happens. If they can smuggle a 100cc scooter into a match ,(Milan Derby) to throw over the top terrace onto away fans ,and kill someone ,without it making headlines across Europe ,what hope is there ??

Corruption mate
from the bottom to the top, litterally
Funny the Lord Stephens report makes headlines over here, its nothing compared to whats really happening in football :(

It happens in Holland and Turkey as well. Leeds fan gets stabbed in Turkey but it was outside the ground so doesn't count. But if it was England banned from all competitions for 5 years. Double standards. :mad2:

Not a great deal of response from FIFA or UEFA,maybe our Sports Minister should make a statement on the subject.
At least the Italians might have tuned into the Rugby, shame they lost

its just the typical english
they let everyone walk all over them
and do bugger all about it

i dont know where the "great" in great britain has gone

we are the door mat of the world

Can't add much more.An english fan swears at an official and it's a 1 yr ban from Europe, this happens in Italy Turkey,Holland or Germany and it's kept reasonably quiet. What are the odds of Italy being banned from Europe,on top of the corruption in Serie A.

Aye. Interesting to see Sepp Blatter quiet for once......Oh aye that's right it's not England is it.
