Planned an earlyish start due to northerly forcast,Got down marina about 6.30 only to find i left my boat key at home(what a t**t but sh*t happens). So a 7.30 start it was.Took king cod col out for his first trip this year and what a good one it was, headed out 4 mile marker over a wreck and it wasen't long before col was into his first cod this year.

we were both into fish at the same time, and col hit into his first brace,

then i was into something a bit bigger(i thought i was into my first double but it was the way it was tangled in my line)it felt like i was pulling a rope up from the wreck but it only weighed in at 7 lb,

But still not complaining,
fishing was steady over wrecks, tried a bit further in as the wind got up a bit but no result, all in all we had a cracking day with 11 keepers and some put back, few more pics of today,
