JFK Thurs 18th june

Had an enjoyable day today with allan despite the strong winds. Fished the wrecks this morning then went close in at creswell this afternoon. I caught 2 cod and 1 ling from the wrecks on muppets and daylites and 4 nice cod on the shads close in along with loads of undersize codling and a few macky.

Was out on JFK on wednesday, strong south wind made the sea very lumpy. I got sick in morning, but perked up a bit and managed to catch a couple of fish. I managed 2 cod, both 3lb and 5 scotchies. Despite the condititons there were still a few fish pulled aboard, probs about 30 cod, biggest going about 5lb.

Hi paul, cod were around 4-5lb, heaviest fish on the boat was a ling around 8lb. I just spoke to allan before to book a place next fri and he told me they had another canny day today close in around 70 fish again.
