Had a drive up to amble last Sunday morning - got a few codling and a coley off the pier, fishing 2 hours up.
Popped down to littlehaven beach on friday night after work and fished 2hrs up - got a few little codling and a 32cm flounder that went in the frying pan
Had another couple of hours, at the spirit, on sunday and fished 2 hours down - got a few more flounder and 1 little codling.
Quite like these mini sessions - only staying out a couple of hours, hit the tide at the right time with good bait and get a bit of action; much better than the epic run of 6 hour blanks I was having a few weeks ago - started enjoying fishing again!
