Just got back from a few hours tonight, Well me and a mate had a few hours down hartlepool headland,
we where using rag and crab, i had 3 codling my mate archer had 1 ive added a few images, i picked
the best ones out the other where rubbish lol, Plenty small bites but as we had 4.0 hooks on we had
no chance of getting the small ones, sea was calm no wind where we where, all in all we had a great
session, out early doors see if we can bag a few more! till next time...
can post images here so i posted them on Home too.

I forgot to add the smallest was just under 2.5lb the biggest was 3.7lb sorry about that lads lol

Some nice codling very good sesh for this time of the season. I tried putting your pics on here but couldnt save the pics on my computer to then put them on photobucket. what was the heaviest fish? shaun

Well we went out again from 2am till 6am ish, i had 1 codling of around 2lb ive included an image but its not very good, fished the same area as my last post, we used rag and crab again, had no bites till around 3 ish, then i had a good tug which produced my 1 and only codling, my mate didnt get anything he had bites but nothing!! We maybe having another chuck today, not sure yet but if we do ill make a post and you know what happend...

Well done lads for getting out there and catching! I'm fishing hartlepool at the moment and it's rubbish for this time of year ! even the flatties don't seem to have come in to breed !
