Wasn't sure whether to go out for a run around Coquet Island to see the seals today, or to have a coffee and a cake at the local deli.

Hard choice really !!!!!!! :)

Seriously, it was scary just being on the wooden pier and I for one wouldn't be surprised if the end wasn't there after the next high tide !

I wonder if this sort of sea will act as a scour for the harbour mouth or the opposite and depositing more sand?..........roll on April.......

Or me !!!! Especially after yesterdays events when that poor lad was killed. Think yasel lucky to be back in one piece mick. Sorry to put a dampener on good pics but too dangerous ta get that close mate

It's amazing what a long lens can do.

I'm no hero but the two guys who were throwing lead and drowning worms on the end must have felt they were !!
