Well i decided to fish cambois area on thursday night instead of blyth as swell was comin in big!, walked along Mark X at 11pm & tide was out.. got to the end and all i heard was BANG!! quickly turned round with ma headlamp on and wot a big wave!! 40ft in air lads!! so thought stuff that and turned around to go off the pier! fished the jetty in the river caught alil half lb codlin so made my night haha, by 3ish in the mornin i fished the codling pools on the cambois side as the tide was comin in (BIG) after a few casts i caught a really little fella and i mean little lol in that big swell too lads! anyway the waves were just like 40ft high and was crazy to fish so by 5ish i fished the ramp n got nowt lol left at 8...
Baits used rag, lug, squid and mac.
went down to newbiggin last nite to sea wot the sea was like & OMG wot a monster lads!!! crazy seas on atm so im defo fishin it wen it dies off straight away!

oh and wednesday night is best for fishin as sea drops off!! defo goin all night on mark x for a sesh.. shame u didn catch owt lol shud of tried the night with me lol little tiddlers
