Not really a recipe, in fact not at all! I was passing the fishmonger's today and noticed the had Lemon Sole at 99p a fillet! I don't think I have ever tasted Lemon Sole, well not that I can remember, but I thought at that price they must be worth a go. Back home and just covered them in Ruskolene (it's all I had) then a trip back out for a lemon on Lynn's behest, she said the clue was in the name!
Anyway they were lovely, really light delicate flavour.
