Well the wind has dropped and the rain is now a drizzle and high water is not long from now so I'm going to head out in search for that big one. I'll keep you lads updated and wish me luck

Well i got to the cliffs at Whitburn only to be very disappointed at how much the sea had calmed down, I was going to turn around and go home, but I was already at the mark and I thought I would have a couple of casts which resulted in what I had already anticipated, which was to be a blank for the night.
