I went down to Seaton Sluice tonight for a few hours
Set up - 10ft Spinner with 1oz lead...running ledgery type affair with 1/0 Aberdeen
Was hopeful as ever - the sea was flat as a mill pond and it was a gorgeous evening
(Not a patch on Sless's photos mind you
)
A few good taps but I reckon my bait was all wrong
fish strip tends to go anaemic as soon as it hits the water so I reckon next time I'll be trying mussel or worm baits which are a bit more smellier
It's a definite winner I reckon - I just blanked this time......
There was a bloke fishing from the rocks - anyone from this site?
