Depend what you want to do with them

If you want to keep them then the edible crab should be 130mm across the carapace. For a Lobster 87mm from eye to back of carapace, where the tail starts. Please don't take this as gospel as different areas may have different rules. I think without a permit / license you can only legally take 2 lobsters above min size home.
