Dropped son at airport 07-30 went to Tynemouth found a spot. Fished till 8-0pm used rag, lug, bluey, Mackie and prawn. Tried single baits and all manner of cocktails at long, medium and short distance. In 12.5 hours had 5 small coalie, 2 flaties and a mackerel with a canny chunk bitten out of its back so don't know how it was still alive as it was rotting to death. A pretty slack day to be fair but had a lot of very small knocks and tugs but poor day realy.
Picked son up at airport at 10-30 and drove home KNACKERED. TO OLD for this amount of hours out fishing.
