Going camping/fishing tomorrow, BUT we don't know were yet lol.. We don't want to travel to far max 2 hours id say any decent spots you lads could point us too with a camp site near by maybe?
Go to the mull, extra hour or so in the car will be worth it. check out Clashwhannon caravan site in Drummore, good little camp site but not for too many tents so don't just turn up. good bait in the bar, decent facilities for campers AND I seen a member on here catch a 5lb bass within walking distance of the site. Loads of species up there to be had.
Shields pier !! Failing that eyemouth, st abbs, whitby and like already mentioned, craster and beadnell. Personally id go for st abbs and hit the wrasse and pollock
Thanks lads, Ive not been to the mull yet aint had the chance.. Reckon crab baits along with worm as backup will be fine? May even take some mackerel just in case.
Going to the mull then? Last time I was there spinning loads of maki, pollack, didn't have coalies and Pollack on the float with crab and big maki baits on the big rod doggys every chuck, left hand side of the car part at lighthouse folllow the wall down, take care though, wish I could come along I love it up there but laid off and just sold me motor haha have fun
Definitely not trainers,if you prefer not to risk a broken ankle.Good quality hiking/scrambling boots with ankle support, preferabley with vibram soles are what you should be wearing on the Mull.
