Looking for captains mate

Not sure where I should post this or if its allowed so I wont go overboard (har har) with details but...

Im looking for someone, preferably with a bit of boat fishing experience to go out from Hartlepool Marina with my father who got his boat last year. I go out with him and he has a couple of mates go out but, none of us know anything about good spots to actually catch something and he would love to be out all year round, every possible chance basically so I thought Id ask here. Maybe someone that had their own boat previously or someone keen to just get out there and is willing to lend a hand with mooring and cleaning the fish guts up at the end of the session (or even just someone that can use the damn fishfinder!).

Thanks for all the welcomes. If anyone fancies tagging along, just drop me a PM. We did manage to catch a few fish last year (so we're not completely hopeless ) as well as a bit of sunburn! But obviously, an extra pair of hands would be a great help .

Offer still open. Been great fishing this year, plenty of cod and pollock caught along with macky of course. My dad caught some weird and wonderful species that I forget the name of too! He's out as often as possible and mostly its just him and the dog. Room for a captains mate still lol.

hi my boats on west marina in Hartlepool, were is your dads boat and whats the name? I get out most weekends I have found a few good spots also got some good wreck marks from local divers and quite willing to share.

Iam out of work atm and don't mind a good cleaning sesh (house husband) I don't have much experience with marks ect but could lend a hand where I can
