lure fishing marks

Hi everyone, im just wanting to know if there are any decent lure fishing marks around yhe north east? im off to stranraer in 2 weeks and gonna have a few trips to eyemouth when weather gets better btu im not sure of any decent marks closer to home??? looking for pollock wrasee or maybe even a bass if im lucky

Wrasse and pollock can be taken in any deep water rock venue mate a lot of the time right at your feet.
Last year I went down cullercoats casting off the rocks towards crab hill and was taking wrasse to 3lb on ragworm mussel and crab baits

Just got myself some gear to try for the first time, I'm giving the leas (the sea part, not the grass part) a try a couple of nights after work early next week, ill let you know how get on!
