Lymemouth & Blyth last night

Headed out to one of the spots I normally fish a lynemouth last night, sea was still raging only had a couple of casts, to rough no hold, so I packed up & headed back to the car, bumped into lollipop on my walk back & advised him & his mate on the conditions, I then headed to blyth pier, not any reports of the lads fishing, but my luck was in ! Ended the night at 4.00am, with 4 codling , 2 returned & 1 coalie, codling were approx 2lb.

tried all baits mate, and only runnydown took the fish, there was a few others fishing, no one else caught a thing mate, the beach at low water also looked good.

were abouts is thie hole on blyth beach i have been fishing mainly oyal quays but losing load of gear but still picking up fish to 2.5lb

well done sean hope 2 be back out soon as soon as the sweling as gone down on my foot after the track 2 lynemouth and back was totaly gutted but pleased u advised us not 2 fish there just wish i had bumped in 2 you at the car park lol good luck over the weekend if ur out
