Lynemouth last night

Fished Lynemouth beach with a couple of mates last night. One mate got a nice 4 and a half pounder within the first 30 minutes. About an hour later I managed one at 4 and a half lbs which beat my p.b. from last year which was 3 and a half.

About an hour later managed another at 6 and a quater for another p.b.

Over all a canny night although the wind was a right pain for an hour or so in the middle. Bait used was worm and razor from Lewis in Whitley Bay. Good bait again from a decent shop.

My mate was up there last night and blanked. We were just on the right spot at the right time on Saturday.

some nice fish there mate,
me and 2 friends fished lynemouth yesterday from about 9 am till 6 pm just past the blocks north of the pipe and we had excellent bait and a wide variety but all we managed between us was 2 flatties and 2 undersize codling...ah well never mind theres always next week!!
