Lynemouth?

I've fished lynemouth 6 times this year and have only caught 1 flat fish, where's the bestest marks in the area? if so can i have some info cheers, i hear just off the right of pipe past the 3 big rocks is good? fishing lynemouth on thursday night so advice wud be great! thanks all.

cross waters is always a popular shot, way off to the left of the pipe, its a canny hike tho.

If the sea picks up this week like it should, in my experience, it will be unfishable, but that being said i havn't fished it that often. Also on lynemouth beach, whenever ive fished it after a sea, ive been troubled by weed. You can park outside alcan powerstation to fish lyneburn which is on the right side of the pipe( i think). Or you can park just after the bridge, and go across the dunes, for lynemouth beach. I havnt had much success there, but ive heard from others theres been good fish from there. I prefer to fish further up, at private beach, as normaly there is decent fish there, and i think maybe amble open was won from their last year( again not sure) lol

Will try the right side from pipe see what it brings, the sea will have a nice roll on on thursday night and the wind is ok too. So ill see what there is thanks for info lads will report on friday with results
