It was a good night, condititions near perfect other than a small tide. Well done to Paul & "Wally", canny bag of fish, and heaviest fish. Plus put some faces to nesa names.:);)

Some good bags of fish caught last night - well done to all the lads who weighed in. I had a mare and was one of the five that blanked - 6 hours up by the caves on the Hall for not a single bite. Still all part of the learning curve...

Well done to these that had fish to weigh in especially to Paul and Wally. Nice to see some good bags of fish. I fished the Hall Beach and only managed a couple of undersize fish. Good to put some faces to NESA names.

Well done lads.

I unfortunately took the wrong turn off and got a bit lost in Peterlee. Eventuallly when I did get round to the meeting point I was too late and there was no one there. Not knowing the area I headed back up to the Hall Beach and fished through till about 9pm for 1 Coalie, canny one though at 42cm.

After the match Wally, Ivan and myself went back down to fish some of the ebb. Sods law I pulled another 3 out in quick succession.

However, highlight of the night was Wally making up for a crap midweek trip by taking heaviest fish in the match and then this 5lb 14oz Personal Best afterwards.
